Lesson Policies

Please see the lesson policies in order to make sure that tutoring sessions run as smoothly as possible and so that we are able to focus on improving the student's abilities.

Tuition Lesson Payments

Payments for tuition lessons must be made prior to the lessons at the start of the month

Tuition Lesson Cancellation

24hrs notice must be provided to me prior to the lesson if you choose to cancel so that I may be able to reschedule the lesson to another time. Any notice of lesson cancellation made after this time frame will result in the lesson be charged at the normal rate if no rescheduling is able to be done.

Tuition Lesson Cancellation due to illness, etc.

If the student is ill or there is an unavoidable or emergency circumstance, the lesson will either be reschedules to another time or the lesson will be cancelled and any lesson charges will be waived and refunded in the next month.

Tutor Absent

If our tutor is unable to attend the tutoring lesson and no rescheduling is able to be done. We will refund the full money for the lesson back in the next month.

Cancelling Tuition Service

If you choose to cancel and stop the tutoring lessons, you must please provide us with 2 weeks of notice before stopping or otherwise you will be charged at the normal tuition lesson rate
